ASUS VG248QE WHITE LINES PROBLEM

I have a white line problem on my monitor.
i sent my monitor to asus technical service.
they want me to change the panel and they want a fee
My product's warranty period continues.
What should I do for such a situation ?
(sorry for my bad english)
