Windows 10 Audio Popping/Crackling Issue

So after going through three motherboards, two CPUs, two cases, two PSUs, differen RAM, SSDs/HDDs/NVMEs, I still get popping/crackling sound with Win 10 Home and current Asus Strix Z390-E motherboard. I've tried updating every possible driver, even bought an eVGA NuAudio sound card, DAC and even happens on my GoXLR, nothing seem to help.

I am using latest win 10 version (win 2004). Latencymon shows everything is okay even after hours of gaming.

Also happens in programs like Discord, Steam etc when someone is sending a message or when I am clicking push-to-talk.
Any idea how to finally resolve this?

Hi,

1) Disable hibernation :
- Right-click Windows Start button then click Search.
- Search for cmd. In the search results list, right-click Command Prompt and then click Run as administrator.
- If/When you are prompted by User Account Control, click Continue.
- At the command prompt, type powercfg.exe /hibernate off and then press Enter then close the Command Prompt

2) Enable MSI (Message Signaled-based Interrupts) mode on all your supported devices (see the column supported modes) with MSI Mode Utility (Right click on MSI_util_v2.exe > Run as administrator), then Apply, then close MSI Mode Utility & restart your PC.
