Tested the 2 kits individually and both are ok.
Tested again together (this time swapping the 2 kits position) and got error after 14 minutes.

SOo, are there any other tests I can try?

The level of support for this board with x4 RAM configurations is shameful to be honest. Was playing with MSI board last night and seriously about time the ASUS Bios guys pulled there finger out and spent the time validating RAM to work correctly.

The fact that they missed such a large bug, VRAM voltage drooping below 1.35 with DOCP enabled resulting in random reboots and system freezes, Even on verified memory, Just goes to show they don't really give a damn about their AMD boards.

-What I would do:

Remove the RAM modules heatsinks (one from each different kit) and check if they are exactly to same. IF the PCB board or chips are different in any way, don't bother trying to make them work together, it is not worth the hassle, trust me. It would be nice if you post the pictures of both sides, side by side.

If they are exactly the same, we shall continue helping you out making that x4 configuration work. Good luck.

That would void his/her warranty instantly, A much less destructive option would be to use CPU-Z and look at the SPD tab to check the manufacturer i.e Samsung, Micron etc...

CPU-Z will tell you nothing about that. You need something like Thaiphoon to read that kind of information, and in this case it is also useless. He is using two different kits, even if the memory chips are exactly the same, it means jack **** if the PCB is different, modules will never work well together with a X4 configuration.

Removing the heatsink will void the warranty (I honestly didn't even think about it since I open everything) but the alternative is not knowing/never making those x4 modules work together. If the modules are working OK when they were tested individually with Karhu, "he doesn't need a warranty", DRAM don't become randomly, unless you abuse it with excessive voltage or toss it from the 55th floor.

CPU-Z is handy but you need, like I said before, something like Thaiphoon.

I will baby talk this for you:

-Our friend here has two different memory kits, as he stated before.
If your thick skull would have acquired comprehension about the fact, you wouldn't even be talking about nonsense "mirages".

That modules part numbers from CPU-Z will clearly be different between the kits since those are "different kits" with "different certified latency".

-Since CPU-Z only give you limited information, you would need the exact RAM chips part number among other info related to the PCB configuration (with hole? doubled sided, single sided, same PCB manufacturer? same batch? same year? and so on and so on.

If the ram modules are different from each other, making them work together without issues will be a "mirage".

PD: Another way to check this out is removing the heatsinks and examining the modules by eye, voiding the warranty.
