Z490 No PWM Control on my DDC 3.2 PWM Water pump

I have No PWM Control on my DDC 3.2 PWM Water pump, using the PWM Water pump header.

Currently stuck at 100% tried all other headers but it does the same. I have tried setting the upper , mid and lower temp and speed rating in the bios but it seems to ignore the upper and the mid but will accept lower 30% at 30c anything past that it will just go back to 100%. It is like there is two modes either run at 30% or 100% there is no variation or way to create a curve. This is the second pump I have tried of this make.

Is there any know issue with PWM at the moment on Asus Z490 or am I missing a setting that I don't know about.
I don't really want the pump at 100% when I run the computer in say silent mode.

That's exactly as it should be. The pump should ALWAYS be running at 100%, it's the FAN's that are PWM
