Hi,
I own an asus TUF gaming A15 laptop (FA506IV_FX506IV).
Recently, my laptop's battery ran out when it was in sleep mode.
When attempting to turn it back on I plugged in the power cord, but apparently I didn't let it charge enough as it didn't have enough power to POST and got stuck in a boot loop.
I force stopped it by long-pressing the power button and let the laptop charge for 10 minutes.
When I booted it up again I noticed that all BIOS settings had been reset to defaults, as if the CMOS battery had been removed.
Is this normal, or does my laptop have faulty hardware?
Thanks.
