GX701LWS Leds above the keyboard and air-vents not working

Hello All.

I've purchased a S17 with the rtx2070Super and since day one the leds above the keyboard and air-vents are not working. They work on boot, but as soon as the rog logo shows in the screen they go off.
I've tryed everything:

- check and uncheck the "laptop light zones"
- Reset windows to factory settings
- Tryed Bios 305 (it came with 306)
- Unnistall everything related (armoury, aura, services, etc...)
- Tryed several energy settings
- With and without charger connected...

Any new ideas? Is there a BIOS 307 for this model? I'll return it this week if I can't find a solution...

They were all uptodate. I installed and reinstalled everything a lot of times.

But I returned the laptop. I hope the new one comes ok.

Hi, can you check your Aura Sync setting and try to disable it? If you can verify for us, guessing it may not be supported if you enable Aura Sync.
