Boot Drive only POST Blue Screen

Hey everyone hope everyone is doing well just had a quick question.

I own a X99 Rampage V Edition 10 and want to increase my Boot times if possible.

Windows is on a Samsung 960 Evo 250GB M.2 and in the BIOS screen for POST it checks all the drives currently to boot into Windows. When I go to change it to Boot Drive only, it gose as normal up until my Log in screen should pop up, but then Blue screens every time I decided to change it. What could possible be the issue or work around for this?

It's not super bad but my 6TB really slows things down for booting up. Compared to my brothers PC that is much older PC and has a 500GB HDD and 250 SSD and it boots faster then my beast.

If more info is required let me know and I'll info you guys.
