[ROG Claymore] Colour of keys not matching

As the title, my keys aren't appearing the same colour, even though they are on Static lighitng effect.

What this means:

- My 'R' key seems to be missing the blue colour, because it appears green when I set the lighting to blue.
- My 'V' key seems to have too much blue colour, as it appears magenta when I set the lighting to red. This is also happening to my 'S' and 'F' keys

This carries over to other lighting effects, such as colour cycle and breathing. In colour cycle example, the lighting effect goes green -> blue -> magenta -> red; however my 'R' key goes dark when all the other keys are blue, and then goes straight to red when all the other keys are magenta.

Attempts to solve (but didn't work):

- Changing USB ports and plugging it into a different computers
- Reseting the colours
- Changing different modes


Has anyone experienced the same issue/ know the fix to this problem? Thanks in advance!

I would RMA it if you still have warranty.

Try a factory reset - disable Aura Sync, then hold FN+ESC for 15 to 20 seconds until all the keys start flashing.

Check the colors by using the hotkeys Fn+directional keys. If the issue persists, I'd suggest to RMA.
