Asus Maximus Hero XI / Sabrent NVME / Speed up boot

Hi,

I recently got an nvme and installed windows on it but I don't see a big difference for windows boot. Some people claming they boot in few seconds, i boot in like 11 seconds. I know it's fine and all but i was wondering what I could improve to get a faster boot?

Here's my settings.

Secure boot and CSM are also disabled

Boot time is almost entirely unaffected by your boot drive...

Exactly that....boot time has almost nothing to do with your drive specs.

It depends much more on platform...RAM density...training...driver initializations...windows fast startup setting...etc etc

I don't use windows fast startup because I know it sucks.
