Allot of settings reverted after updating asus GT-AC5300
I have recently gotten 2 firmware version updates and im currently at 3.0.0.4.384_82037
I noticed that most of my settings seems reverted to default almost like a factory reset.
port forwarding ports is now reverted to no ports open
aiprotect detection is now 0 detectins.
There were some other stuff too which i cant remember right now but its similar behavior.
Is this behavior normal after software update or should i be woried?.

A firmware update can reset anything that it changes or has updated in the BIOS, normal behaviour.

HI, I never encounter this before. Asus firmware will not revert or change your existing setting upon firmware upgrade. But to me, I always make it a habit to clear my router NVRAM after FW upgrade, either restore the file config or start from scratch.
