Does the USB bios flashback port function as a normal usb port? Crosshair VIII Wifi
Hey there guys, I just got an Asus ROG Crosshair VIII Hero (wifi) x570 to pair with my 3900x. I have updated to the latest bios and everything, but I am wondering does the usb bios flashback port function as a normal usb port when not in use to flash the bios. I've tried plugging stuff into the port like a flash drive and a computer mouse, but it is not getting detected by windows. Is this port only to be used for bios flashbacks? don't see why it wouldn't be working, I have the crosshair vi hero and currently have a razer hub plugged into it and works just fine.

Yes it works as normal usb port.
