With this new Bios has anyone had the fan spikes and hotter CPU temps plus not being stable with a few blue screens like I had with 1502?
    Without even overclocking my 9900ks.
I had to revert back to 1401 which is all good.

I ran into the same problem as 1502 or whatever it was, Driver No Equal BSOD, then second boot up Multiple IRP Requests BSOD, gone back to 1402 which is fine using XMP1

I would right click each system device [one at a time] with the yellow triangle and choose "Uninstall Device". If a small window appears that asks "Remove driver" tick the box next to it and click OK. After removing all 8 devices and rebooting, see if the devices have returned.

If I am correct I believe those 8 devices with a yellow triangle are for Intel NUC [Next Unit of Computing] mini computers. If this is correct then I do not understand why they got installed [if I read you correctly] after you updated the BIOS from 1105 to 1602?

Updated to 1602 from 1502. Applied bios setting via saved USB stick and no difference form 1502. The only thing is my firmware for IME wasn't applied because my version is later than what Asus has. All running with zero problems. I don't know how you Guys apply your bios updates but , I always use bios flash back for updates after using the clear Cmos button. Never had anything go wrong.

With v1502 so many people reported problems with higher cpu temperature/voltages/fan spikes - including me. Does v1602 solved that specific problem?
Heat and instability have caused me rolling back to v1302 all the time because all versions in between were faulty.

I had the exact same experience, the only difference is that this time i used ez BIOS flash update within the BIOS to update from 1502 to 1602, then imported my AI OC and XMP1 with tighter RAM timings from a backup from 1502 CMO file on a USB stick. So far so good, with better voltages and even tighter RAM timings that I am still in the process of tweaking. I also updated my daughter's Maximus XI Code using the exact same process without a hitch so far.
