Strix Z370-G SSD Upgrade

Morning,
I have a Strix Z370-G Micro ATX board and looking to upgrade my drives.
Currently have the following:
Drive C - 500GB M2 2280 on motherboard slot M2.1
Drive D - 1TB SSD on SATA 2
Drive E - 250GB SSD on SATA 3
Drive F -250GB SSD on SATA 4
Drive G - 500GB SSD on SATA 5
Drive H - DVD SSD on SATA 6

I'm looking to take advantage of the second M2.2 slot on the board and install a 2TB M2 2280 into this.
How will this affect what I currently have installed.
The manual doesn't appear to be clear otherwise I'm missing something.
Thanks in advance

Stephen.

Also I note the manual makes refernece to SATA as the interface for the M2 slot. Does this mean it needs to be a SATA M2 drive or can I get a NVMe.

Im not sure which interface type to purchase.

I am having an issue with having both M.2 slots filled with NVME drives. And I cant get a SATA harddrive to be seen by the system (in BIOS or Operating system), I have tried all SATA ports without any luck. Were you able to install the second M.2 and still have all your other devices work?
