Guys, up until about a month ago, my GPU when idle would just hum along at 139 MHz. Now, every one minute or so, it spikes. Sometimes for a second or so. Sometimes, much longer. Something is using my GPU at regular intervals. Something similar happens to the GTX1660 XS on my work PC. It idles at 300MHz then spikes every minute to 870MHz or higher. It seems to be a Windows application. GPU Shark shows me which processes are using my GPU. The culprit seems to be either Explorer or DWM. I don't know how to fix this.
