ROG Crosshair VIII Hero(WI-FI)BIOS 2206 / XMP settings

I just updated from BIOS 1302 and I could use some assistance.

The board would not boot with the old settings, I reset to optimized and it boots

Where do I find the XMP settings or do I have to manually set the timings and voltage?
