G531GW Application Crash Dump File "AmourySwAgent.exe" created on Shut Down

Hi, I have a G531GW and recently I came across in my appdata crash dump folder keeps having "AmourySwAgent.exe" dump files created on shutdown right after gaming.

So far, this doesn't effect anything but just wondering, is this normal? Or is it a problem that needs looking into?

Its been already months and this is haven't been fixed/solved.

Now its getting worse, every time I on my laptop/bootup there would be a new error in the appdata crash dump folder of the dump file named "ArmouryCrate.UserSessionHelper.exe".
