Rog Helios case wiring problem

Building my first PC with the Helios case and the Z390-e Motherboard.


The USB wiring from the CPU takes up one nine pin socket on bottom edge of motherboard.
The wiring loom has two 20 pin USB plugs but there is only one 20 pin socket on motherboard.

Only two out of the four front top USB sockets work.
Changing the position of the nine pin to the other side of the 20 pin makes the opposite pair at the top front work.

Where, if anywhere, do I plug the spare 20 pin USB or do I need a 20 pin to nine pin adapter?

Bottom line is how do I get four working USB ports on the front top of case?

The helios comes with 4 usb3.0 in the front io and have 2 of those cables. 1 normal and 1 90degree.
You board has 1 USB3.0
But you can get these, to use a set of those on the front in 2.0 mode, if you have 1 of the USB 2.0 to spare in the board.

Tried with a similar adapter and cross fingers it seems to work.

Hello.
I have built my first PC with a Helios case and x570-e gaming motherboard.
I have the same issue that only two usb3.0 on the front io panel are working.
Could someone advise how correctly connect the motherboard and Helios?
In the attachment photo how I connected Helios with the motherboard.

Well does your mobo support 4 usb 3.0 ports? One usb 3.0 cable supports 2 Ports*

It`s my mistake.
This mobo supports only 2 USB 3.0 ports.
