Hi, I have the same question, because when im using my headset through the wireless dongle, sometimes I hear a buzzing sound depending on the position of my head, however this doesn't happen when i connect the headset directly to the pc, so I thought that it could be the dongle that's defective and was wondering where could I buy a replacement. Maybe you or someone could help me with this.

Please kindly send both the headset and the dongle to our service center,
they are serviced and paired in set, it can not be separated.
