4 Sticks Ram 3200 but can't get them higher than 2400

Module Name G Skill RipjawsV F4-3200C16-8GVKB
BIOS Version 3103

All are the same memory sticks. With 2 sticks I can get 3200 and even OC to the next higher rate. But with 4 I can only get it to 2400 and not even the stated 3200. Any ideas on how to fix it if possible?

Upgrade your processor to a real 3rd Gen Ryzen CPU, Even though you have an AMD Ryzen 3 3200G, it is built off of Zen+ which is Ryzen 2000 series. Your processor is not fully compatible with your MB (even with the latest BIOS update).

So are you saying it's the CPU and not the MB that's making it unable to work at 3200? I'm obviously not a computer expert but if the MB supports why would the CPU make the difference?
