z390 Bios and AI utility

Hello,

I've been trying to OC my 9900k w/ the z390p and have been having heat issues with getting it to 5ghz. I have noticed a lot of people with the z390 boards have a "prediction" section on the right hand side however my bios does not. I've been wanting to try the AI OC utility but it seems I'm unable to due to that reason. I have watched a lot of guides and tinkered with different settings and as of right now I can only get 4.7 ghz @ 1.2volt but it still runs about 85-90 during warzone. My pc settings are listed below. I appreciate any help I could get.

CPU: Intel® Core™ Processor i9-9900K 3.60GHZ 16MB Intel Smart Cache LGA1151
Cooling: MasterLiquid Lite 120mm ARGB CPU Liquid Cooler with Dual Chamber Pump & Copper Cold Plate + 6 case fans
MEMORY: 16GB (8GBx2) DDR4/3000MHz Dual Channel Memory (Corsair Vengeance)
MOTHERBOARD: ASUS Prime Z390-P ATX w/ WiFi 802.11AC RGB, USB 3.1, 2 PCIe x16, 4 PCIe x1, 4 SATA3, 2 M.2 SATA/PCIe
POWERSUPPLY: 850 Watts - Corsair RMx Series RM850x 80 PLUS GOLD Certified Fully Modular Ultra Quiet Power Supply [+90]
VIDEO: GeForce RTX™ 2080 Ti 11GB GDDR6 (Turing) [VR Ready] [+701] (Single Card)

What you have is a great budget board, however, it is know that the VRMs for your board get toasty when trying to OC a 9900k to 5Ghz. Other people say that it gets quite hot in general but stays within specs.
