Purchased Store-Bought build, and specs don't seem right?

Hello,

Recently went to a local computer store for a PC build, and we agreed on this build from PCPartPicker:

https://pcpartpicker.com/user/Benettonkkb/saved/KQc4sY

The thing I'm bringing up is that this build includes 32GB of RAM in the "G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32 GB (2 x 16 GB)"

I opened System Information(Attached) and it says that I actually only have 16GB of RAM but I also have 16GB of virtual RAM. I thought virtual RAM mirrors whatever is physically installed?

Do I have a problem here?

I can see only little thing but your ram is wrong than the link you send

the one you selected on your hardware from the link G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR4-3600 CL16 Memory is different than the one in the picture 😄

Link 32GB vs Actual hardware shows 16 GB of ram only ?
You show us the invoice - or - bill of purchase with full details from local store

That doesn't sound right. I have 32GB G-skill trident Z 4x8GB 3600mHz sticks and my screenshot of system info shows this.
