G20CB-FR019T upgrading...

Hi

I have few questions for upgrading. Didn't find full answer in this forum.
I have a G20CB-FR019T most for gaming.
Specs are :
I7 6700
8go ddr4-2133 1066mhz sk hynix
ssd
gtx960
external power with 2 cables

It's a bit old now....

I saw rtx2060 can fit and it's better than gtx1080, but there is a lot a differents cards, which one ? from which brand ?
Which RAM may I buy ? Is it SO-DIMM or another ?
