RAMCache 1, 2 or 3 Hinders Offline Windows CheckDisk Utility

You literally have to uninstall RAMCache (Any version) to be able to check your HDD/SSD in offline mode (chkdsk /f). ASUS, please make STABLE SOFTWARE.

Note: I'm not sure if this effects the SATA interface because I'm using an NVMe PCIe SSD (M.2).
