That happened to me a few times. Shutting down the PC and turning off the power supply for 10 seconds seemed to work for me.

Before Windows (like when you turn on your PC), does all RGB devices turn on then turn off when Windows starts?

What software do you have installed to control the motherboards RGB?

When I had it were there was no RGB I installed Aura and it worked again.

So you have them working now? If so what did you do to get them working?

I can tell you that just because the bios say LED enabled does not mean they will work. For example if I set the LEDs in software to off and unstill the software the LEDS will not work even though they are enabled in BIOS.

Also Corsair says you need them. From the page "Notes:CORSAIR iCUE version 3.26 and ASUS Aura Sync Utility version 1.07.79 are required."

But if you said you have tried them and they didn't work your MB must be defective. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C9tz1-fdlKo

I have had 5 z390 and z490 Asus board and they all work like this. Unless z370 is different, but I doubt it is.

The LED has a separate storage/firmware area which will store/control settings and the software is needed to get full functionality and is not possible to access via the bios. If the software was not needed they would be fully adjustable as in color, strobing etc in the BIOS like some motherboards can do.

As an example on this current build I did for someone using a z490 Hero I installed the Aura software and set the MB LEDs to white and then uninstalled the software and now the LEDs will stay white even if I reinstall windows and do not install any Aura software.
