Strix Evolve side buttons issue

Hi,

I've a Strix Evolve mouse. The side buttons did't work well in the last several weeks. Forward, backward and some other basic functions are ok, but the multimedia functions and macro assignment aren't working.
I've been uninstalled-reinstalled the whole Armoury Crate with drivers, but nothing changed
