SupremeFX S1220A dislikes
I am very dissatisfied with my new Z490 motherboard's audio. The drivers do not support room detection, this is a deal breaker. There is a clear "POP" from my audio system when I power the motherboard also. The Windows store constantly changes my audio settings by re-installing this purely aweful DTS Unbound the DTS Sound Unbound app. What gives? Why does my brand new Z490-e motherboard have such crappy audio hardware, software and drivers?
I would really prefer a quality audio offering to be much better than this

Thank you, this did restore manual control. What a pain.
I'd still prefer the built-in Windows room correction and a good mic. Windows room correction is far simpler and more accurate than being forced to manually enter distances and adjust levels with a sound meter.
