    Armory Crate

    Is Armory Crate compatible with the Maximus IX Formula? I noticed my cpu usage is horrible and i tried updating all the drivers and im on the 2004 update of windows and have all the updated drivers by mr m. (or so i think i do)
    I see its not listed but does have the 270chipset

    Great question! Too bad nobody has bothered to answer it? Especially considering it seems like AURA has been discontinued & replaced by Armory Crate.
    I too have a Maximus IX Formula and it would be nice to know if Armory Crate is functioning as I am stuck with Z270 till rocket lake comes out.

    EDIT: Ok I just found this: https://www.asus.com/support/FAQ/1042459/
    And it says that "Z370 series and all subsequent models shipped since October 2018" are compatible WTF Asus now that Aura has been replaced by Armory Crate are we just screwed if we dont have a motherboard recent as the last 2 years or so?
    Are all our lights & peripherals & motherboard RGB headers obsolete already?

    Aura software can still be used for lighting. The most recent version is at the link below:
