3.2.4.0 - zero sync devices!

Judging by the previous version 3.1.6.0 if I recall correctly, I was really beginning to be excited for what was next for Armoury Crate -- judging by the absence of issues.

I do believe that I may have jinxed myself.

So all worked as expected with this latest version until I rebooted my pc where the devices from the "Sync Devices" page disappeared.

...Any ideas?

P.S From the usual Armoury Crate - related errors on the Windows 10 Reliability Monitor, a new (related) error popped up which I never have seen before. It goes by the name of "FileOperator" with a CLR20r3 problem event name. Its' path links back to ROG Live Service... which I believe to this day triggers ALL EAC GAMES' process of ending the game program due to that very service being a "threat" to game fairness....

I also have this issue, thought at first it was because I upgraded to Windows 10 20H2 but i restored my 2004 backup image and when AC updated i got the same result nothing detected

I've spent many hours cleaning any trace of ASUS software from my system, manually cleaning the registry/deleting hidden directories ect ect.

whatever updated files AC is downloading they are broken and since an offline installer does not exist I imagine there are a huge number of users affected

Remove Armoury Crate, Aura Sync and all components within Windows safe mode. Then clean the system using CCleaner or System Ninja. This ensures that the registry is clean and all parts of Asus Aura are completely removed.

After this restart the computer and only install the latest version of Asus Sync from the below website. Please note that you install this by right clicking on the setup file and then executing with administrator rights.

I tested this reply from asus support and it works.

think there is something wrong with the new update indeed.

problem is all the installers download latest files during install, i have installers all the way back to original armory crate but for some time now they all download whatever is latest files

Problems with

No devices available, the basic does not work asus.
Everything was working yesterday, I called today and doesn't recognize any fans or memories, they should have the option of returning the driver that worked, regrettable, and reinstalling windows is not the solution and only in the last case.

You are not alone dude. i thought i messed up my fans settings but turn up the armoury crate silently update in the background and crash all my device. no aura sync device was found and stuck in the update loop. sigh..previous update was working solid fine.

I just installed chipset drivers, reinstalled AIsuite, used Armoury crate uninstall and re-installed and it seems to be fine?
