Armoury crate v3.1.5.0 / v3.1.6.0 [report here if any issues]

Hey, since my laptop back from Asus Service Center, it running smoothly, but a week after it, the (fn + up/down) keyboard brightness is not working, I have to change the brightness setting from the armourycrate. Thats really Inconivnient. Can Anyone help?

Which version of the interface driver are you using? I had to roll mine back to 2.2.27.0 from 2.2.28.0.

I'm using the latest version now, and the only comment I have to add is that I really wish there as a cleanup tool designed to fall all instances of the service and services that can cause it to not reinstall correctly and delete them.

Even after I ran the "uninstaller" I had to manually delete a few apps before everything was truly gone.

Then, after running the wizard that downloads everything, it works beautifully now. I even have features that I didn't have before -- but that could have been an update/new feature and or could have been broken before.

Additionally, something I've noticed is that if I'm running video encoding with premiere pro AND I have the crate set to silent, my computer doesn't get nearly as hot.

At one point I was pushing 105 according to the machine specs.

Now, on average I run between 79 and 87

I would have thought that by switching to silent one of these would have happened.

Machine gets too hot and shuts down.

Performance is severely impacted if I'm doing video encoding/running a VM

The time it takes to run an install in VM or do video encode takes exponentially longer.

While it seems to take A little longer on the encode portion it doesn't seem to be too bad.

I'm also seeing weird behaviour where Crate changes device volume, even though volume control is disabled on every scenario profile.

So much wrong with this version, when 3.0.4 worked pretty well.

Please add saving the last position of the application on the desktop and the size of the application window.

I have two issues with it:
1. There is no x/y sensitivity settings for my Gladius II Origin.
2. Drivers/Tools section is completely empty and it doesn't load anything. It only shows what appears to be a snowflake icon and that's it.

In short the Armoury Crate is stuck updating my ROG STRIX FUSION 500 Device SDK.
It has been like this for months now and i can't change my headphone audio settings. It just downloads the update and installs it and asks for a reboot of the system.
After the reboot i am back to the same attached screen and this is an infinite loop that seems to never end.

Has anyone faced the same issue and if so how can i fix it?

8. Clear description of your issue = I got stuck now on device SDK update loop for my AIO Ryujin 360, which does not allow me now to change my fan curve.
