Armoury crate v3.1.5.0 / v3.1.6.0 [report here if any issues]

I'm now stuck in an update loop (again)... This commonly occurs and I lose access to control my motherboard and RYU cooler (280 dollars by the way...)

Armoury Crate is requesting I download:
Maximus IX Hero Device SDK Version 1.04.10 Date 2020/09/24
ROG RYUJIN Device SDK Version 1.04.10 Date 2020/09/24



Seems though the updates are not applied or update is not being detected by Armoury Crate

I select Update All, wait for Armoury Crate restart pc prompt...select ok... Restart PC, open Armoury Crate, click update center, same updates show up

Does not matter if I update the mobo first vs RYU or vice versa. Does not matter if I hard shut down PC after each update...

Updates do not apply. Please release fix or manually send the updates.

Asking the manual update link as well from them, I mean it would be a win-win for them and us as well, they can fix the AC while we are able to update our devices' firmware. But I dont know why they are hesitant to give the manual links... I mean It should be easy to publish to their website on the support page.

Try to create another standard user account on your system then install Armoury crate there (enter administrator password) and update armoury from this account. that's how I was able to update it.

Hi there, does anyone know when to expect when the ASUS ROG Strix X570-E Gaming is supported? Try now about 9 months and many BIOS versions to be able to control my light. Only device Armoury is detecting is the RAM (funfact: RAM is Gskill Neo. everything else is ASUS hardware).

Could you please specify the exact steps. I created another account on windows. Opened crate and did check for updates and then update all. It did not ask me for any password and it certainly did not work. Please help?!

Try by creating a second standard user account (not administrator). then without having previously uninstalled Armourycrate, install on top the ArmouryCrateInstallTool https://www.asus.com/supportonly/Arm...Desk_Download/ When requesting Administrator permission, enter the password or PIN code of your administrator account then when Armoury opens launch the update. This is how I was able to update it. It's a coincidence but it worked for me. I was able to avoid the update loop by chance with this way.

After updating Armoury Crate, Light zone is missing. I can't turn off bottom LED Light zone separately. What should i do?

I did follow the exact same steps but after i update it ask for restart. I restart and go back to the standard user and the same thing again. It still shows the update.
