I've been experiencing issues after installing version 6.3.9600.2239 of the audio drivers for my MB found here: https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/ROG-Zenith-II-Extreme-Alpha/HelpDesk_Download/

What's happing:
At random I get at max volume static noise.

Why I think it's "Nahimic"
I kill the "Nahimic service and related named processes and the static stop instantly.

What I'm looking for:
Confirmation that others are experiencing this.
Submit a bug report.
Get a solution to the issue that allows me to use the software that comes with the MB that I paid for.

other notes:
windows 10 x64 build 1909
Latest drivers.

So I discoverd a few things since the last time I posted.
1. is others are complaining about audio issues, https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?96465-Rough-scratchy-audio-gt-Amplification-level-FIX-WORK...
2. I moved my dedicated headset to the front input/output 3.5mm connections and the problem went away.
So I'm thinking it's a hardware/software issue. I'll post updates as I figure this out.
