Fan Xpert 4 - AI Suite 3 SmartMode Fan Speed bug

Hi all, I just want to report a bug using Fan Xpert 4 in AI Suite 3 latest version, which if I select temp multiple sources (more than just 1) for the chassis fan #2, it goes full speed (100%) all the time. I am not facing this bug with chassis fan #1. I am attaching a screenshot and a video showing what's going on. If you need anything else to reproduce it please let me know. I am confident this is a software issue.

I have done all troubleshooting, re-installed everything, erased everything, same behavior. If I just select 1 temp source for that chassis fan (#2), it works ok, it doesn't matter if it's CPU or GPU

Motherboard: X570-F STRIX
BIOS: 2608 (latest, but facing same issue with olders)
GPU: ROG STRIX GeForce 2070 SUPER
AI Suite 3 v3.00.55
EZ Update v3.00.11 (which it has a bug too, it's not finding any BIOS update at all, I have to go manually to the motherboard's support page and look for it)
Dual Intelligent Processors 5 v2.00.16
System information v2.00.05
