Maximus XI Hero Only 1 front USB 3.0 Port working?
HI i've had this board a while now but had it in a Corsair 570x which only had 1 USB 3 port however i've got a new case Fractal Define S2 Vision RGB which has 2 front USB 3 ports, I've connected the dual cable to the USB 3 header on the motherboard but only 1 port is working for charging and data connection the left USB 3.0 port charges devices but doesn't recognise any pen drives or hard drives.
I can't seem to get clarification on this header on these boards whether they support 1 or 2 USB 3.0 my understanding is that it is, I don't think there is anything wrong with the case panel as it is brand new and all other ports work.
Checked the pin header everything is fine no bent or broken pins.
