Extremly slow boot if my USB HD are conected

    I have 2 8 Tb usb HD.
When they are connected at boot, it take 15 minutes and i just look at the first screen with option for bios setting. If i disconnect them, the boot it is normal. What to do ?
I cannot disconnect and connect them all the time. I need to have them permanently connected as they have my work files.
    Please help.

Try setting the USB initilisation to partial under Fastboot in the Bios , so it doesn't see them till windows starts.

I do not have USB initialization.
In exchange i found the USB drives listed under the boot.
I late tonight, but i will go tomorrow and make a picture and show.
I ignored the rives at boot, but not too much luck.
    Thank you anyway.
