Windows 10 Version 2004 Slow Restart Compared to Cold Boot?
Hey all,
If you're running Windows 1 version 2004 or close to it got a question for you. Do you notice that when you restart your machine, it takes 2-5 times longer than if you start up from a cold boot? We all know that with the fast start up the restart will take longer because of what happens behind the scenes, but I'm curious if any has noticed it taking MUCH longer? Like double if not more?
