Weird LED monitor question for VG27WQ
Hello, I was looking to buy the Asus TUF Gaming VG27WQ as my 2nd monitor, but I discovered that it doesn't have the circular red LED at the bottom like the older ROG monitors have (my being the PG248Q). This might be a minor thing to complain about, but I think it's really cool. Anyways, my plan is to buy the PG248Q stand from ebay and try to attach the VG27WQ to it, like in this video: https://youtu.be/p3GrgZJS__E?t=260 (timestamp is 4:20). Would it be possible if the dimensions are the same? Thanks in advance for the replies.

I don't think it will work because the OSD is different. You can actually control the LED turning it on/off on the OSD menu. It's under "light in motion".
