This seems to be linked to Windows 10 20H2 release, still considered a preview release it is flagging a number of non relavant updates, likely fixed when full RTM release occurs.

Ignore and they will clear..... eventually 🙂

It does appear Windows and the OEMs have decided to deliver updates in this manner. I have seen all sorts of updates, even Bios updates. I have tracked some down and found them to be OK but I wish they would at least tell us what devices the updates are for so we could make a decision. This is what optional means, right, we make the choice but we need info to do that.
