I was recently lookin for update suddenly click on Optional updates under optional update
It shows Driver update from Intel - Do you think it's good to update it ?

This seems to be linked to Windows 10 20H2 release, still considered a preview release it is flagging a number of non relavant updates, likely fixed when full RTM release occurs.
Ignore and they will clear..... eventually

It does appear Windows and the OEMs have decided to deliver updates in this manner. I have seen all sorts of updates, even Bios updates. I have tracked some down and found them to be OK but I wish they would at least tell us what devices the updates are for so we could make a decision. This is what optional means, right, we make the choice but we need info to do that.
