Boot into USB Asus Rog Strix G731gu

Hi
I am trying to install windows from usb but I can't launch it from boot menu.
Secure boot is disabled , fast boot is disabled . When I hold ESC key the boot menu open and i can see the usb but when I click on it the screen flashes and return me to the boot menu again and nothing happens . I even disabled the ssd from the boot options and left the usb as the only boot option but on opening the laptop it opens the BIOS automatically.
P.S. the usb works fine on another pc and boot into windows setup.
P.S.2 BIOS version is 310 (the latest)
I am stuck please help ASAP

Cek the usb port if it loosy,
Make sure before turn on the power, plug the usb boot...
using EZ bios just drag the UEFI USB to the upper one... save and exit
no need to advanced mode
