Hi All.
I have an Asus Maximus X hero M/B
With 3 SATA hard drives attached
Using:
port 0 = Device Present
port 1 = Device Present
port 2 = Device Present
I have purchased a:
Drive Model:Samsung SSD 960 EVO 1TB NVMe M.2
This is my Boot Drive with Windows 10 on it.
What I need to know is the correct setting in the BIOS to set this
To give me the fastest data transfer from it!
Should it be set in the M.2_2 Configuration as X2 or X4?
Is there any additional info I might need that I have missed in asking this question
to get this drive to be running at it's optimum ?
