STRIX Z390-E RGB Header 4 Pin not work
I have a problem with the Asus ROG Strix Z390-E Gaming Motherboard. The problem is where the 4-Pin RGB Header does not work, it is not even detected. In the bios status Aura is All On, but there is no serial number on EC LED1, only EC LED2 which is Add. 3-Pin header. This resulted in the motherboard not being detected in Aura or Armory Create.
I've been around other threads, which suggest opening the I / O Cover and checking that it's installed properly, and doesn't turn on. Please help.
- Latest BIOS, version 1602 / Release 18/08/2020
- Armory is new as well as Aura Software
