Overclocking Rog Strix 3090

Hi, On some overclocking test of the GPU I got yesterday, (strix 3090) i saw they tested with those values :

Boost frequency à 1970 MHz ( ±2130 MHz max at LOAD) Mémory at 1350 MHz.

But i don't get for the memory, in GPU tweak my values are completely different, maybe it's a stupid question but if someones can tell me !

i dont understand how this 1350Mhz relates to the 19500 in GPU tweak

Another question, i'm using hwinfo to have an overlay in game for my temps but I can't find any gpu temps for the card, all I have is a sensor called soft temperatures.11 but the temps are a lot different than the one in GPU tweak, why?
