can anyone please help me with this - bios issue

hi guys
i am running a H370-F Gaming asus strix motherboard
Try as i like i cannot get into the damn bios, ive tried doing it from windows using the uefi setting it just goes straight into windows
Ive tried spamming the delete key and also the F2 key and ive also tried a different keyboard
I cann get into the bios - it is really pissign me off in honesty
does anyoen have any suggestions please ?

The pc is otherwise running ok, but i want to getinto the bios and it is doing my head in not being able to even see it
The text doesnt even scroll past to see the chance to do it.
The pc was a pre build from overclockers and is one of the rare PC's i bought ready built as i was jsut too busy to build one
can anyone help me or suggest what i can do please

For entering BIOS setup at startup, press <Delete> or <F2> during the power-on self test (POST)

Three ways for entering BIOS setup after POST:

1. Press <Ctrl>+<Alt>+<Delete> simultaneously.

2. Press the reset button on the system chassis.

3. Press the power button to turn the system off than back on. Do this option only if you failed to enter BIOS Setup using the first two options.

After doing either of the three options, press <Delete> key to enter BIOS.

Do you have windows fast start up enabled ? if so then disable it and try to enter the bios.
