Any fix/ resoultion? I noticed sometimes this error freezes the mouse for 1 sec when it occours. I noticed that it happens at boot and very few randomly during normal usage.

What are you doing when it freezes up and have you ran the Intel driver and support assistant?

I ran the Intel Driver and Support Assistant multiple times in order to update the drivers but I don't keep it installed so it wont start at boot (lazy me to disable it). I noticed that the mouse freezes for 1 sec or less whenever the PC comes out of sleep, after dismissing the login screen. Also sometimes this happens at boot too, after the desktop loaded. I have looked up in the event viewer and during that timestamp, the OED error was there, being corelated with the mouse freezing. During normal usage, after boot or after exiting sleep mode, the issue is not present.
