I can see why this cooler has been discontinued. What a piece of trash. I went through two of these and both have the same fan problem. One fan won't start and the only way to get it to run is to power off the PSU completely for at least 10 minutes. The PSU and motherboard are also ROG. I'm suspecting that this is a firmware issue which will likely go unresolved as most Asus ROG issues do. Fix your garbage. I didn't pay $300 for this abandonware.
