Glad to hear it. Me too.
Just picked up a Flare, delivered today (refurbished on eBay) with the silent red keys. LOVE this keyboard, wow. THIS is typing!
Configured it with colors & effects as I like for now:
Looks like:
(although I'll probably darken them a bit).
With white lasers coming out from each for effects...
When I too ran into the media keys / reset profile back to default issue. So glad Google found it's way to this page, as I will be camped on it awaiting an update.Last edited by SteveDz; 12-03-2020 at 03:18 AM.

The Flare just got a HAL update today but it didn't change anything.

Strix Flare HAL update - fixed
The HAL update today appears to have worked for me. I can use my media keys again and it retains the Aura Sync settings once again.

**Update** The Strix Flare default profile bug has been resolved in the latest KB HAL v1.01.41 update.
