Exactly the same problem here. I hope the fix comes soon because it is a shame to spend so much money on a keyboard for the AURA syunc function and simply not being able to use it properly.

Same problem here ... It resets to it's default profile in Armoury Crate. I can't adjust the settings if it's in the default profile but If I choose for example profile 1 and set the rainbow effect for the blueish-purpleish one, everytime I press a button it turns off for about 5 seconds. After that it defaults again and the default rainbow effect is chosen for it in the application. I'm uploading an image what the app shows
after the problem occurs. TBH it works perfectly well but ONLY with the default rainbow profile. I would really appreciate if I could choose my preferred colour setting after I paid the money for it.

Same problem and one new....
when i use armoury crate to change the backlight brightness the keyboard show me two different areas for a second, then it goes to the brightness i pick, the firmware and the program all are update i am not using a Hub, and i join a picture for you to see, please help me, if this is normal or not. Thanks i hope you can help me
