asus rog g531gt fans always running at 3200rpm

ive cleaned flashed my laptop alot of times. ive recently experience that my fans are always running at 3200rpm even on idle . my temps are in 30degree celcius and still my fans would run at 3200rpm. i dual boot with linux. the fans stay at 3200rpm even on linux. am i missing some driver which turns the fan off? my friends rog fans shut down on silent profile but that is not the case with me.
device : asus rog g531gt
cpu : i5 9300h
dgpu: gtx 1650
ram : 8 gigs
ssd: 512 nvme
