Edit updated links to 2701
bios 2701, names in links
fixes some bugs and raises settable fmax offset.
this is still based on the same AGESA version as 250x so dont expect any difference in Fclockiness against that version.Last edited by Shamino; 11-18-2020 at 06:30 AM.

I'm new to the forums so you might forgive me for it but it's difficult to download a bios from a forum member.
IMO Asus should be hosting these beta bioses. I'm sorry if this offends.

2501 x570 impact
Thanks for the new betas!
on impact board I noticed that 1.8V PLL ist correct if you leave CPU Core Ration and vcore on auto, once I set my 5950x to 45 allcore and offset +0.15 I get 1.8V PLL "high" again (2,2V). But it can be lowered manually without getting the slowdowns again (as I had with version 2402)...
FCLK runs at 1900 without the CPU Bus/Interconnect erros, higher FLCK was not possible in my first quick test.
I will check and try my higher soc and 1.8 PLL voltages from 2402 "test"

impact board
at least on impact again a FCLK wall at 1900 (with 2402 I was able to boot and bench 2066).
with 2502 also 1.55v RAM voltage needed to get a post and boot, with 2311 it was 1.5v for my 3800CL14 setup (2x16GB DR modules)
(on 5950x)
EDIT: now also 1.5v are working again, may training was needed firstLast edited by the_patchelor; 11-11-2020 at 02:35 PM.

So far so good with 4 DIMMS
Might be jumping the gun a bit, but been running 2501 beta for about 6 hours CH VIII Hero Wifi with no Event 41/random restarts and 4 Dimms (Trident Z Neo 3600 CL16 4x16). Current config is strait up Optimized Defaults, then Choosing DCOP and no other performance/workaround changes as tried before (such as disabling PBO Max (currently auto - not sure if that now means disabled, I will likely set to enabled for further testing) or DF CStates, voltage lowering, etc. for this initial testing.
I did enable SVM for Virtualization, disable wifi, and set some custom fan profiles however. Past few bios' with these 4 dimms would have restarted by now typically. I did notice PLL Volt is lower in auto, 1.777 down from 1.8, not sure if that matters.
Temps are looking decent, VCore fluctuating between 1.025 and 1.5 with setting on auto. Clocks varying from 3.768 to 4.566, SOC volt moving from 1.075 to 1.081. Not sure how much input is wanted, but I can provide HWInfo report if needed... kinda new to this.
Thanks
EDIT - I see there is 2502 revision now, I will d/l and apply and try it out.Last edited by 78Staff; 11-11-2020 at 01:58 PM.

Ok it's really late heading to bed. It is stable BIOS for me.
Need to use SOC of 1.125 volts to get boot vs 1.1 previous beta BIOS
https://imgur.com/a/LhmeGdA
PBO is enabled. Spread Spectrum disabled. DOCP Std no memory tweaks. SVM is enabled.
Can run anything you want to test, just ask if you need something tried.
Edit: First boot in the morning moved back SOC 1.1v and it now boots fine (would not last night - go figure). So again another stable BIOS and been running all today without issue, goes to sleep, wakeup and powerdown and up again without problems.
Shamino, hope you find this helpful. Thank you.Last edited by RedSector73; 11-12-2020 at 03:59 AM.

Thanks Shamino for the new version. I had 2402 in my Hero with 5950X (both brand new) and I had all the weirdest behaviours in windows, appart from all the already reported WHEA errors and problems with RAM. I have been using this new version 2502 for 3h, stress testing, playing some games and so far so good. I had to run an sfc /scannow to resolve and explorer.exe crash after BIOS update as well.
Multiple WHEA errors have disapeared from event viewer. Nevertheless, got this one new instance of WHEA error just after login to Windows. Posting here just in case is useful:
A fatal hardware error has occurred.
Reported by component: Processor Core
Error Source: Machine Check Exception
Error Type: Cache Hierarchy Error
Processor APIC ID: 12
