ROG Strix OC 3090 RTX - can't redeem COD: CW

Hey folks,

I bought my 3090 over a week ago and have both been unable to register for the COD CW promotion OR get in touch with ANYONE at ASUS, whether it be on social media, on the telephone, or via email. When I go to the redemption page, I get this error "The product line of the product serial number is not eligible for this event". To compound the frustration of things further, it took me over 4 days to even get into the forums themselves because I was stuck in an eternal registration loop that wouldn't let me sign in until I went and changed my password (thank God for reddit otherwise I never would've made it in here).

I did send a DM to the Scone chap that I saw mentioned on several reddit threads, but have not heard back as yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

are you sure its available in your country?

i bought a strix 3090 and there is currently no promotion where i live
